What is a website redesign?
A website redesign rebuilds the design, structure and technology of an existing site while keeping what already works: the content that ranks, your URLs, your domain and your data.
It is for you if your site is slow, does not work well on mobile, looks dated, fails to turn visitors into enquiries, or is hard to edit without help. You do not need to start from zero. You need to improve what you have without breaking what already brings visitors.
That is why a redesign is not the same as a new website. Here the main risk is losing the Google rankings you have earned, so we treat protecting them as a core part of the project.
What we do in a website redesign
Initial audit
We review the UX, speed, mobile version and SEO of your current site. You will know what is worth keeping, what to change and which pages rank today.
New design in Figma
We design the full site in Figma before writing any code. It includes 2 revision rounds so the result fits your brand. Rubén, our UX/UI expert, leads it.
Development on staging
We build the new site in a test environment (staging) without touching your live site. Your visitors notice nothing until launch day.
Launch with 301 redirects
We publish the new site with the 301 redirects it needs and monitor Google Search Console to catch errors early.
How we protect your SEO during a redesign
A poorly planned redesign can wipe out years of rankings in a few weeks. To avoid that, we always follow the same order:
- URL inventory: we list every current page and which ones get traffic.
- 301 redirects: if a URL changes, the old one points to the new one. Nothing ends in a 404 error.
- Titles and meta descriptions: we keep the ones that work and improve the ones that do not.
- Post-launch monitoring: we check Search Console for drops or crawl errors and fix them.
Deseo Lab has SEO in-house: Petya, our SEO and AI search specialist, reviews the plan before and after launch.
How we do it: 4 to 6 weeks
Week 1: audit and briefing
We analyse your current site, set goals and build the inventory of URLs and content.
Weeks 2 and 3: design
We design the key pages in Figma. It includes 2 revision rounds.
Weeks 3 to 5: development on staging
We build the new site in a test environment and you review it before it goes live.
Week 6: launch, 301 and monitoring
We publish, activate the 301 redirects and watch Search Console. After that, 30 days of support are included.
What we keep and what changes
What we keep
The content that already ranks, the URLs that receive visits, your domain and your data (forms, contacts, history).
What changes
The visual design, loading speed, navigation structure and how easy the site is to edit yourself.
How much a website redesign costs
from€999
A full redesign of a multi-page corporate website costs from €999. If your site is a single page, the price is from €399.
It includes the initial audit, design in Figma with 2 revision rounds, development on staging, 301 redirects, launch and 30 days of support afterwards. Everything is registered in your name.
The final price depends on the number of pages, how much content has to be migrated and the features you need (forms, languages, bookings). You always get a fixed written quote, with no surprises.
For a free estimate, send us the URL of your current site and we will talk it through in a short call.

Will I lose my Google rankings if I redesign my site?
Avoiding that is our job. We keep the URLs that rank, apply 301 redirects where they change and preserve the titles and meta descriptions that work. After launch we check Search Console. A small initial fluctuation is normal, and we watch it.
Can I keep my domain and hosting?
Yes. You can keep your domain and, if it suits you, your current hosting. If you prefer to switch, we help you do it without downtime. Everything stays in your name.
Can you keep my current content?
Yes. We reuse the text, images and pages that already work, and only rewrite or expand what is needed. We decide together what stays after the audit.
How long does a redesign take?
A corporate website usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, from audit to launch. A single-page site can be faster.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes. We build the site so you can update text and images without depending on anyone. You also get 30 days of support after launch, and if you want ongoing help later, we offer website maintenance.
How much does a website redesign cost?
From €999 for a multi-page corporate site and from €399 for a single-page one. You receive a fixed written quote before we start.
