What is white-label for agencies

White label means Deseo Lab works as your production team, under your name. Your client only sees your agency; you keep the relationship and the margin.

It is built for marketing and design agencies, and for freelancers who get more projects than they can produce, or who need a skill they do not have in-house.

Instead of hiring and training someone, or turning work down, you send us the brief and get finished work back, ready to present as yours. We work in Spanish, English and Bulgarian, so we can cover your projects in any of the three.

How we work with you

  1. Week 1 · Briefing and NDA

    We sign an NDA and go through the brief with you: goal, client, deadlines and available materials. You tell us how you want us credited, or not credited at all.

  2. Week 1 · Closed quote and schedule

    We send you the scope, a closed project price and delivery dates in writing. You review it calmly and, if it fits, we start.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4 · Production with reviews

    We produce in phases and you review every delivery before your client sees anything. Revision rounds are agreed in the quote.

  4. Delivery and support · Handoff

    We hand over files, access and documentation so you can present it as yours. After launch we stay available for questions.

How much it costs

Agency rates

We do not have a fixed public rate, because every agency project is different. What you do get is our Agency rates: a closed, written quote per project, which we send you within 24 business hours.

The price depends on which services you need (web, SEO, video or a mix), the scope and the deadlines. If you work with us on a recurring basis, we can agree terms for volume.

The quote always covers the scope, the deliveries, the revision rounds and support afterwards, and it is closed: it does not change unless the scope does.

Will my client know you work with me?

No, unless you want them to. We work under your brand and sign an NDA. You decide what is said and how.

Do you talk to my client?

Only if you ask, and always under your agency's name. By default, you are the only point of contact.

Who owns the code and the project files?

Everything is registered to your agency or your client: repositories, access, domains and design files. Nothing is in Deseo Lab's name.

Is there a minimum project size?

There is no fixed minimum. We assess each project and tell you honestly whether and how we can take it on.

How long do you take to deliver?

It depends on the scope. We set it in writing in the quote's schedule, before we start.

What languages do you work in?

Spanish, English and Bulgarian, both in how we communicate with you and in the deliverables and project content.
